Product Description

This W12 CNC four-roll plate rolling machine is equipped with a pre-bending function at the end of the plate. It can feed the metal plate at one time and complete the pre-bending of the plate end and the rolling and forming of the workpiece without turning the head. The upper working roller of this machine is the main driving roller. The lifting and lowering of the lower roller and the two side rollers are all carried out by hydraulic transmission. The lifting displacement is controlled by a computer, automatically leveled, and displayed on the screen. The tilting and resetting of the flipping bearing body are also carried out by hydraulic transmission. The tail of the upper roller is equipped with a balancing mechanism, which can conveniently unload the rolled workpiece and the cylinder. It is an ideal machine type for rolling circular, arc-shaped and conical workpieces in industries such as energy, transportation, petroleum, chemical engineering, boilers, shipbuilding, hydropower and metal structures.

This model is equipped with a control system independently developed by Fuma. The display is intuitive and clear, the values are accurate and reliable, and the operation is simple and easy to master. The system is equipped with various interlock and interconnection protection measures to effectively prevent misoperation

 

The operating system is equipped with an EPS electronic automatic leveling system, which can automatically adjust the parallelism of the motion axes to ensure product quality.

This W12 CNC four-roll plate rolling machine can complete material setting, pre-bending and circular rolling in one rolling process. The remaining straight edge of pre-bending is less than twice the plate thickness, and the circular rolling accuracy is high, which can meet the requirements of automated welding.

This model adopts the inverted side roller cylinder technology. While enhancing the sliding stability and reducing equipment failures, it can effectively lower the height of the machine body, largely meeting the requirements of ground installation and reducing the cost of foundation construction such as equipment pits for users.

 

Strictly follow the process requirements to carry out annealing and shot blasting treatment on the welded parts such as the frame to remove internal pressure and enhance the strength and stability of the machine body.

 

The equipment can be optionally equipped with an inner lifting frame and an outer support frame, etc., which can effectively control the self-weight deformation of the workpiece during the rolling process, assist in rolling, reduce labor, and improve product quality and work efficiency.
