Product Description

CNC BACKGAUGE

ACCURL press brake are provided are equipped with a backgauge constituted by a solid structure in order to assure the best repetitiveness and high precision in axes positioning.

The double servo pump-controlled bending machine is equipped with an oil pump and a servo motor respectively on two oil cylinders, directly controlling the movement of the oil cylinders. The operating time of the entire oil circuit process has been reduced. The efficient, precise and energy-saving control of the bending machine has been achieved, reaching the goal of being faster and more accurate.

The optional red dot quick clamp enables bidirectional (bottom and side) mold installation and replacement of the fixture, providing a stronger load-bearing capacity.

Press tooligs are made of 42CrMo mold steel, with an overall hardness of 47 degrees, excellent quality, and durability.
