Product Description

The equipment structure is symmetric with three rollers.The upper roller works vertically at the symmetric centre of the lower rollers.The hydraulic transmission makes two lower roller do rotation motion .The torque will be provided for profiling shaping through  the gear output of reducer and meshing of The structure of this machine is designed as a symmetrical up-adjusting 3-roller plate-rolling form.Through the machine the metal plate can be rolled into the round and arc shapes and the cone shape within its specified ranges.The two lower rollers are driving ones and the upper is an idler one.This machine is widely used in ship building,boilers,aviation,hydroelectricity,chemical industry, metal structure,machine manufacture and other industries

It is used to roll plates into cylindrical, arc-shaped and conical shapes at normal temperature. Superior performance, compact structure and convenient operation.

 

The upper roller lifting and overturning device is hydraulically driven. The main drive is transmitted by the motor through a V-belt, and the reducer drives the two lower rollers, which ensures good flexibility in the rolling process.

 

It is controlled by a PLC programmable display. The lifting of the upper roller is detected by a displacement sensor and displayed by a digital display meter. Improve product efficiency and product quality.

 

This type of plate rolling machine is more efficient than mechanical ones. However, its drawback is that there are remaining plate heads that need to be rounded or pre-bent with the help of other equipment.
